About the Role:
Join The Learning Experience #466 in Clermont, FL as an Assistant Center Director, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping young minds and fostering a nurturing environment. This exciting opportunity allows you to lead a passionate team dedicated to providing exceptional early childhood education.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Center Director in daily operations and management of the center.
- Supervise and support teaching staff to ensure high-quality educational experiences.
- Implement and uphold curriculum standards and compliance with licensing regulations.
- Facilitate communication between parents, staff, and the community.
- Conduct staff training and development sessions to enhance team performance.
- Manage enrollment processes and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Promote a positive and engaging atmosphere for children and families.
- Assist in marketing initiatives to promote the center and attract new families.
Requirements:
- Experience in a leadership role within a childcare or educational setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and early education practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- First Aid and CPR certification required.
- Passion for nurturing young children and supporting their growth.
- Director credentials (preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
